    • Created THD’s first multi-year Online Pro Product Strategy and North Star future vision for Pros; adopted by Senior Leadership resulting in 150% funding increase for FY2025. 

    • Awarded an Orange Spotlight Award from Jordan Broggi, Executive Vice President – Online for strategic vision, stakeholder management, and ability to unify Associates from the stores to the SVP level in a complex problem space (worth ~250B TAM) critical to THD’s future growth.

    • Launched JLL1 Salesforce for a high-value, award-winning domestic LOB with 131 offices, over $40B+ annual portfolio volume, and $33B+ project value currently in progress by integrating its reporting and data hierarchy to the global instance standard, resulting in global forecasting capability and significantly improved collaboration/cross-sell for over 8,000 users.

    • Implemented the first end user data analysis feature set at TrustRadius, uncovering critical insights about the database, retention/engagement, growth limitations, and preparedness for scale in order to cross the chasm in ARR.

    • Awarded Coveo’s 2020 Relevance Innovator Award for unique approach to product management of a client platform and pioneering use of Coveo software to improve customer experience. 

    • NPS reached a new record high 3x in prior 8 quarters.

    • Platform Satisfaction reached new highs 4x in prior 8 quarters. 

    • Logins increased by 35%,Decreased time-to-solution by 50%

    • Community satisfaction increases pushed business NPS from -6 to 35.
